In my journey as an athlete and a certified Personal Trainer, I’ve identified two common hurdles preventing individuals from reaching their fitness goals – improper technique, lack of motivation, and lack of nutritional knowledge.
In my personal training sessions, I address all of these challenges. I apply the proven techniques featured in my At-HOME Fitness: How to Personal Train Yourself at Home plan and incorporate additional exercise and nutritional variations for diversity.
